Full time, live-in Nanny for 1 month old baby (one of two twins)

We are a family with twin girls, 1 month old tomorrow. Dad is italian, mom is Thai.
We live in a villa in Jumeirah Park with 2 dogs. We have a full time maid and another nanny.
We are looking for a second nanny to team with the first and look after the babies… (2 nannies 2 babies)
The person is required to follow the rhythm of the babies. Has to have relevant experience with new borns and work in a family with other maids/nannies before.
