Looking for a long term nanny

we are looking for a nanny that will help us around the house.
we are a household of three, with a toddler of 3 years.
we have a medium size dog
main duties:
1- taking care of our 3 year old son during the day since both parents are working (this includes feeding, sleeping and playing with him)
2- doing house hold chores when our son is in nursery (cleaning house, laundry etc...)
3- helping with our dog when we are away
4- no cooking required other than for our son
